Problem: 

This project is aimed at creating a real time data indicating the amount of blood in a blood bank or hospital with geolocation. It's an Uber for blood.

 

Process:

We were thinking about a way to reduce deaths in hospitals due to shortage of blood in the hospital blood banks. I met up with a few colleagues with similar interest and we started working on this project. Bloodlink is still a prototype and we are still conducting a lot of research on the way forward. So far in our research we have discovered that the hospitals find that it will help reduce mortality rate and some individuals suggested we can include other essential medical equipments to the design.

Result: 

Bloodlink is still being designed and is still in prototyping phase
